| Gary Nusbaum |
|
Gary Nusbaum joined Palladium Equity Partners, LLC in 2006 and serves as managing director. He has more than 15 years of experience in private equity and asset management. As managing director at Warburg Pincus, Nusbaum had responsibility for more than 20 investments including companies in the media, telecommunications, environmental, and logistics sectors. He opened and ran its Sao Paulo office. Nusbaum also served as managing director of Aetos Capital, an asset management firm where he served as chief financial officer and was a member of the investment committee for the firm's Japan-focused real estate fund, Aetos Capital Asia. |

| Donald A. Baer |
|
Don Baer has built a varied career as a leading media and communications executive. He is Chairman of Penn, Schoen and Berland, a global research-based consulting firm as well as Worldwide Vice Chairman for Burson-Masteller, a leading global communications firm, both companies are members of the WPP Group. From 1998 to 2007, Baer worked at Discovery Communications as Senior Executive Vice President for Strategy and Development. Before Discovery, Baer served several senior roles in President Bill Clinton's administration, including senior adviser to President Clinton; Assistant to the President; White House Director of Strategic Planning & Communications; Director of Speechwriting & Research; and Chief White House Speechwriter.
Before the White House, Baer was a top editor at U.S. News and World Report. Don Baer serves as an adviser to several new media businesses and is a venture partner in Legend Ventures, a Washington, D.C. investment firm. He serves on not-for-profit boards that include the PBS Foundation, the Georgetown Day School and City Year DC; he is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Baer received a B.A. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Phi Beta Kappa), a Master's in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (Rotary International Fellowship) and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Over the past two decades, Suarez has filled several roles including founder and director of finance and planning for Vitroaceros, corporate finance area manager for Citibank Guayaquil and director of finance and planning for Masta, S.A. Machines and Motors. A graduate of Brown University, Suarez has also served as adviser to Ecuadorian companies and economic groups such as Consorcio Noboa in Ecuador. |

Based in New York, Eduardo Hauser Sr. is an active investor with a talent for leading. After earning a degree in Chemical Engineering and Financial Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1959, Hauser returned to Venezuela to join IPA (Industria Productos Asfalticos). Founded by his father Adolfo Hauser in 1943, IPA became Venezuela's largest producer and distributor of asphalt-based products. Hauser became a managing partner in 1970 and remained at the helm until he sold the company in 1982. |
